**WORKS WITH**:

- General Manager
- Grassroots Soccer Program Director
- Hamilton Soccer Board of Directors with requirements for programs

**HOURS OF WORK**:

- Full time position that requires varied hours of work
- Hybrid work environment with in-office hours and remote from home
- May require evening hours during program hours or adjusted hours during heavy registration periods
- May require travel for soccer related activities

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**GRASSROOTS PROGRAM**:

- Create, deliver, and provide management of Grassroots Soccer program.

**DISTRICT LEAGUE MANAGEMENT**:

- Develop, schedule, and manage the District League for the Grassroots, Youth Competitive and Senior Recreational programs and league play.
- Liaison with other Districts as required for any interlocking requirements

**ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT**:

- Perform administration support interacting with members
- Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager or Board of Directors for their programs

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- Preferred degree in sports administration or related certificates or experience
- Proficiency in the use of technology, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experienced in coaching facilitation presenting information to large and small groups

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Quick learner who can work well with others and independently

**RATE OF PAY**:
Negotiable based on experience and requirements.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ancaster, ON L9K 1J4
