**Terminal location: Edmonton, AB**
**Start time: 5:30 AM to 15:30 PM**
**Working days: Monday to Friday**:

- **Possibility of work on Weekends and or Holidays**_

**What you will do**:

- _**Drive a 3 ton commercial truck to deliver, pick up freights and perform overflow volume to assigned stops in Ponoka, Wetaskiwin and Millet areas.**_
- Deliver freights in good condition and within scheduled time _**(25-30 deliveries/day and 2-3 pickups)**_
- Use a handheld device to scan documents and freights
- _Load and Unload freight in proper sequence with the use of a dolley and or pallet truck_ _**Lift and or carry freight (hand bomb) up to 50lbs.**_
- Complete any necessary paperwork accurately
- Perform all safety checks, including pre-trip and post-trip inspection
- Report on all safety hazards and accidents
- Use a cellular phone to communicate with Dispatch, Lead Hand and Manager ie. Truck breakdowns, delivery concerns, answer calls, texts etc.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build strong client relationships
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations
- Additional duties as required

**What we require of you**:

- High School Diploma
- _Valid 5 Driver's License is a must_
- Possess a Clean Commercial and Personal Driver’s Abstract
- Courier or LTL experience is an asset
- _**Minimum 2 year COMMERCIAL TRUCK DELIVERY DRIVING experience**_
- _**This shift will be Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 3:30PM**_
- _**Lift and carry freight up to 50 lbs. (Hand bomb work)**_
- _**Load in proper sequence of delivery with the use of a dolley and or a pallet truck**_
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
- Customer Focus - experience providing quality customer service
- Adaptable to change
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience working independently and with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work on a team and being a team player
- Must be comfortable with using onboard or handheld computer devices
