The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Inbound Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Drives successful execution of standard ICO Buying Tasks in a timely and efficient manner (examples: Purchasing Data Maintenance, Order Management, Discrepancy Resolution and Transactional Adjustment & Reconciliations)
- Collaborates with other Functional Teams in promoting timely customer issue resolutions.
- Develops Subject Matter Expert skills across multiple processes/systems
- Coaches/Supports Team Members in meeting set Metrics and Key Performance Indicators
- Supports a continuous improvement culture and recommends and influences major ICO Inbound changes to key stakeholders
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education degree at an accredited college - university
- Five (5) years of combined experience in International Operations, Logistics, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management
- Experience or knowledge of 3M ICO Inbound Operations and proficiency in various systems and Microsoft Applications i.e. SAP, Word, Advanced Excel and exposure to PowerBI etc.
- Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence others and work effectively in a team environment
Work location:
- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
