The roles you will participate include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring the DoughBox Experience is delivered as we prepare the food in our Open Concept Kitchen - Cleanliness, Quality, Service and Speed.
- Maintaining and Organizing all goods and processes through use of our systems
- Inventory and managing food cost
- Ensuring the proper care, cleaning and maintenance of our equipment
- Labour Management - Hiring, Scheduling, Training, Coaching and Performance Management -Goal Setting - Daily, Weekly and Monthly -Drive Sales through in-store initiatives and local marketing
- Additional duties and assignments as requested
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or restaurant -Strong Communication skills - both verbal and written
- Time Management Skills - ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Safe Food Handler Certification and Smart Serve Certification are required within 90 days of hire.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
