Overview:
Electrical Distributor is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our team. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment and receipt of products in our warehouse distribution center. This is a vital role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform order fulfillment duties, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
- Receive incoming shipments, inspecting them for accuracy and quality
- Unload and load trucks using forklifts or reach trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records, scanning warehouse documents, unpack and direct goods to appropriated storage areas in the warehouse
- Conduct basic math calculations to verify quantities and measurements for orders, follow specific health and safety rules and regulations
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and other necessary paperwork
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order processing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse distribution preferred
- Proficient in operating forklifts or reach trucks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order picking
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
