Title: Part-Time Office Assistant
Schedule: 4-5 days per week (ideally 4 weekdays plus Sunday), but this can be negotiated 4 hours per day: flexible hours - anytime between 1:00 - 6:45 pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintains office organization and image;
- Provides support to recruitment process;
- Creates and uploads social media (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, etc) marketing posts;
- Organizes events;
- Coordinates with staff;
- Manages requests of clients and staff at the centre;Enters data;
- Provides administrative assistance and support where required; and
- Works closely with the clinical director
**Requirements**:
- Experience in marketing and general administration support;
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; and
- Able to speak or understand Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
