Kitchen staff is responsible for maintaining proper levels of prepared products. Further they will be responsible for the assembly, cooking and serving the food to customers.

**What will you be doing?**

Kitchen staff is responsible to ensure that products are properly dated, rotated and stored to ensure food safety.

Kitchen staff must have a complete working knowledge of menu, recipes, assembly and plating specifications.

Kitchen staff will ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with recipes and assembly manuals.

The organization and cleanliness will be a top priority of the cook and they will ensure that their checklists and cleaning schedules are being followed during and following his/her shift.

Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful kitchen staff.

**What we're looking for?**

Friendly, outgoing, service-oriented attitude.

Must have previous experience in customer service, food services.

Flexible to work various shifts (evening and weekends).
