**The job**:
We're looking for a jack-of-all trades and an individual who takes pride in what they do. Duties include accurately measuring and cutting trim, painting, laying flooring/tile, unloading garbage at the dump, picking up goods from suppliers, building and installing cabinetry and so much more. No 2 days will look the same.

**Knowledge**:

- Prefer college or non-university certificate/diploma from 1-2 year program or equivalent years of experience

**Specific Skills**:

- Experience with measuring, demolition, framing, drywalling, taping, carpentry, painting, tiling, plumbing, flooring installation, trimming, & finishing
- Experience effectively using electric drills, saws, nailers, hammers, etc. required. Experience using a measuring tape with accuracy
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Great workmanship and attention to detail
- Respectful attitude toward clients and fellow workers
- Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment and individually
- Will train those eager to learn and open to receive direction

**Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.)**:

- Ladder training is an asset but not required. Will need to complete certification prior to entering any job site
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate an asset

**Security & Safety**:

- Bondable
- Driving record check (abstract)
- Criminal record check

**Required Equipment**:

- Steel-toed safety boots
- Work pants (not jeans or sweatpants)

**Work Site Environment**:

- Noisy
- Dusty

**Transportation/Travel Information**:
Valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
