Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of translating business requirements into cutting-edge software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and other Product Owners to drive the success of wireless network design projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (technical or analytical field a plus)
- Familiarity with product and software development techniques, agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Experience writing business requirements and defining acceptance criteria
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, English

**Desired**:

- Experience in the Telecommunications or RF industry
- Expertise in an RF Design Software tool (ideally iBwave Design)
- Expertise in an Outdoor and/or Indoor RF Design Software tool
- Expertise with RF Survey/Field measurement tools and hardware

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the execution of our product roadmap: define and meet business targets, manage P&L, interact with technology partners, plan and coordinate the execution and delivery of our product roadmap.
- Understand our customers: meet with clients and gather requirements.
- Manage feature prioritization.
- Monitor and communicate key dates, progress, and checkpoints during solution construction.
