The Pricing Administrator is responsible for supporting the Merchandising teams by accurately and efficiently executing all pricing and promotions for Best Buy Canada’s stores and e-commerce site. The Administrator works as part of the Pricing Services team to ensure that all pricing policies are adhered to, and compliance standards are upheld. They will have a positive attitude, proven eye for detail and will consistently demonstrate a highly professional, solution-oriented approach in all interactions with clients and other stakeholders.

As a Pricing Administrator you will:

- Process pricing and promotions submitted by Merchandising teams.
- Ensure that submitted pricing is processed accurately and efficiently as per business rules and SOP.
- Communicate the logic behind all pricing policies and guidelines to internal customers.
- Prioritize and work with other Pricing Services Team members to ensure department goals and strict deadlines are met.
- Work independently to resolve issues using existing SOP flagging moderate to complex issues with Manager and contribute to resolutions.

The experience we need
- 1-2 years Retail customer service experience
1-2 years Related administrative/office experience
