**Job title: Breakfast Chef**

**Responsibilities**:
The Breakfast Cook works within our fine dining culinary team to produce and deliver finely crafted, memorable meals for our guests of the Riverside Dining Room. Main duties include: prep, cooking and presentation of breakfast buffet as well as lunch meals for our team. This position requires early morning start times for preparation and breakfast service.

**Qualifications**:

- _ Minimum 3 years cooking experience in similar role/ establishment._
- Food Safe certificate, with basic food handling and preparation knowledge,
- Must be 100% guest service focused, with a positive & upbeat personality,
- _ Highly collaborative; ability to work in a team-oriented environment,_
- _ First Aid and CPR certified, an asset,_
- _ Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and safely operate kitchen equipment._

**Details**:

- Fulltime, working up to 40 hrs. a week,
- Hourly wage with an end of contract bonus,
- Staff accommodation onsite, $10.00/day, includes all meals and laundry.
- May 17, 2024 - October 7, 2024 (TBC),
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada prior to offer of employment.

**Wages: Wages depend on experience and education.**
