**About the role**:
The DEXA & Performance Testing Lead is accountable for leading and overseeing Tall Tree’s testing services, which includes: designing and implementing our testing services, conducting scans and tests (DEXA scans, VO2max tests, Lactate tests, and RMR tests), training and managing the testing team, providing detailed information and instruction to patients, and liaising with equipment manufacturers like Hologic and VO2master to maintain our state-of-the-art equipment.

Your mission is to provide comprehensive performance testing solutions to help patients understand, optimize, track their health and fitness and “crack the code” on their health, and help us position Tall Tree as the go-to centre for health testing and optimization.

**_ This is a full-time role based out of our Cordova Bay location._**

**As a DEXA & Performance Testing Lead at Tall Tree, you will**:

- ** Manage the DEXA & Performance Testing Team. **You'll lead and manage a high-functioning clinical team providing DEXA, VO2, and other performance testing services. You'll oversee recruitment, staffing, and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective testing operations, and provide ongoing education, training, and development to the testing team.
- ** Take ownership for Testing & Quality Assurance. **You'll conduct high-quality testing services, ensuring accuracy and reliability in DEXA, VO2, and related tests. You'll educate patients on testing procedures, results, and health implications, and will implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all testing systems and procedures.
- ** Drive Program Growth & Outreach. **You'll drive the growth of testing services through strategic marketing and community outreach initiatives, and will focus on enhancing the program's visibility and reputation through excellence in service delivery and patient care.
- ** Keep growing. **You’ll stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care, and attend other educational opportunities available at Tall Tree.

**We’re looking for**:

- ** Relevant education**:You hold an undergraduate degree or are currently enrolled in a program in a healthcare field such as Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology.
- ** Ideally, you bring experience working as a Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, Health Coach**, or in a related field.
- ** Experience managing a small team**. You have proven leadership experience from a past role.
- ** Additional experience in marketing, sales, promotion, or program development** is an asset.
- ** Exceptional customer service skills.** Experience in hospitality or sales is an asset.
- ** A commitment to growth**: You have a deep passion for learning and continuous growth and development. You bring an openness to exploring new ideas and approaches to service delivery.
- ** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**: You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
