The job duties include but are not limited to:

- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Producing monthly financial statements
- Submitting Monthly government remittances and T4’s
- Preparing year end packages for designated accounting firm
- Expense control
- Payroll
- Overseeing accounting clerk & reception
- Make sure all paperwork flows smoothly on a daily basis
- Prepare all necessary journal entries during the month
- Keep the Dealer aware of the financial status of the company
- Keep proper employment files for each staff member
- Be knowledgeable on current employment laws
