We will always make sure that our guards are assessed with careful detail, so their training, personality, mentality, and temperament match the site they are sent to.

Our guards will be First Aid and CPR certified and trained for other emergency situations like use of EpiPen for substance overdose and skilled when it comes to deescalating an aggressive situation along with proper use of force as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Provide information to employees, members, or customers about their rights and the company's policies and procedures.
- Work with a team of security personnel using proper communication techniques and strategies.
- Communicate with the public to resolve issues., Including but not limited to: violence, theft, trespassing, fire, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
