**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager, Insight Health Solutions, the Wellness and Rehabilitation Administrative Specialist will perform a variety of duties related to office management and administrative support. Additionally, the administrative specialist will support the manager on new program development and other initiatives, handle customer service complaints as well as mentor less experienced staff.

**Responsibilities**:
This position will perform clerical duties associated with the department:

- Oversees the administrative processes of the various program
- Acts as resource person for all programs - WSIB, Wellness and Rehabilitation
- Prepares monthly statistical reports and indicators for management and business meetings
- Monitors activity trends and timelines in programs ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Evaluates processes to improve procedures, operational efficiency and customer service
- Acts as resource for matters concerning clients, policies, procedures and information as it relates to service delivery
- Involved in business development: marketing material, preparation of proposals and networking
- Order, maintain and organize office supplies/inventory
- Maintain changes to the master schedule
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule in-person and virtual meetings/appointments

**Key Qualifications**:

- College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in WSIB Specialty Programs as well as Wellness and Rehabilitation
- Advanced knowledge of Practice Perfect
- Ability to independently problem-solve
- Demonstrates an ability to adapt new office workflows and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and effective time management skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the demands and timelines of day-to-day operations
- Experience in the management of projects and launching of new programs and initiatives
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail when performing a wide variety of tasks-
