**General Duties**:
**Overall responsibility for program analysis, forecasting, monitoring and reporting on assigned programs to ensure the program goals are achieved.**
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Work closely with business and program managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
- Participate in regular team meetings to review the financial status of the programs, interface items, schedule, tasks, risks anticipating challenges, cash-flow plans and meeting stated milestones.
- Identify and action areas of risk and opportunity.
- Create best-practice and standardized reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Establish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress.
- Assist with providing regular and/or monthly update summaries to senior management including program reports and analytical narratives.
- Develop and maintain program work breakdown structure and budget in ERP.
- Monitor performance and actual cost to budget plan and analyze variances.
- Lead development of estimates at completion (EAC).
- Attend and present program status at monthly senior management meetings as required.
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Two (2) + years of analysis
- Analysis in Program or Project environment (preferred)

**Education**:
Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Business or Technical Field (preferred)
