HR Administrator

- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Prepare job descriptions.
- Manage the hiring process.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal HR databases.
- Perform orientation with new hires.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Distribute and maintain training material.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contractsand new hireguides.
- Revise company policies.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- Consult with external partners, like insurance vendors, HR vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).
- Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
