**Note**:These are less than full-time temporary Faculty positions starting January 6, 2025, and ending April 2025.
The St. Thomas/Elgin Regional Campus is looking for qualified Part-time, Partial Load and Sessional Professors to teach courses in the Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Integrated Practice program.**Qualifications**
**GENERAL** **QUALIFICATIONS**
- A combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
- Teaching experience with hybrid and/or online delivery preferred
- Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets
**SPECIFIC** **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology/Engineering or a related area with BIM knowledge and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Architecture/Engineering or related construction discipline
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
- Current knowledge and experience using BIM to deliver projects
- Evidenced experience in design and project delivery using BIM methods and platforms
- Intermediate to advanced REVIT knowledge
- Virtual Design and Construction experience as a consultant or project manager is an asset
