**Short Summary**:
The _Inventory Control Coordinator_ is responsible for coordinating procurement and administrative services, including Reception support. Further, the role:

- Is responsible for the inventory of liquor, wine and mineral products;
- Acts as a back-up to the _Associate Manager, Procurement and Inventory Control _for managing the liquor and wine storage rooms, and associated duties;
- Places orders for the purchase of beverage stocks, maintaining inventory levels;
- Enters CN Tower business records into the Content Manager software (“CM”); and
- Covers Reception when the Bilingual Receptionist is not available.

**Inventory Control**
- Assists the _Associate Manager, Procurement & Inventory Control_ with the daily operation of the liquor and wine storage rooms.
- Reviews Sales Transfer Orders (STOs) (pending shipment), picking orders, verifying product identifiers (barcodes) are applied and correctly captured in JD Edwards, and confirming shipment of orders when handed off to the business unit.
- Reviews STOs (pending receipt) to confirm shipped orders have been recorded received in JD Edwards by the business unit, ensuring the proper accounting records have been created.

**Procurement**
- Enters purchase orders in JD Edwards.
- Follow up with the departments and accounts payable for outstanding goods received and not invoiced.
- Provide business unit users with JD Edwards support in creating purchase orders, receiving goods, and running basic reports to retrieve purchasing data from the system.

**Administrative Assistance**
- Communicate with, and process requests from the Associate Manager, Procurement & Inventory Control as required.
- Handle filing, photocopying and record keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- A relevant college diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) to (3) years of related experience in Inventory Control and Office Administration is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mircrosoft Office
- Proficiency in JD Edwards is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

**Working Conditions**:

- Interacts with employees, management and the public at large.- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.- Medium physical effort. Requires occasional handling of heavyweight objects and, frequently, a large amount standing or walking. Effort applies to number of hours as required.- Working in an office environment.**Location**: CN Tower - Shared Services, 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON
