The Service Desk Analyst provides technical support by receiving, diagnosing, and/or escalating service requests to resolve complex software and hardware problems.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in a computer science related field and one (1) year related experience; OR
- Certificate or coursework in a computer science related field and two (2) years related experience; OR
- Secondary School graduation (Dogwood, GED) and three (3) years related experience; OR
- Evergreen certificate and four (4) years related experience; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Related experience includes the following:

- Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
- Experience managing, tracking, and updating inventory stock. Experience purchasing technology hardware, software and/or services.**About this Position**:
