The Outreach and Membership Coordinator’s main responsibility is to maintain communication between the Club, its members, and community groups. These communications are primarily intended to recruit and retain members. Staying in touch with our members helps us discover ways in which the Club can improve. We are always looking to make the Club as accommodating as possible for current and potential members, and the Outreach and Membership Coordinator helps us do so.

Other responsibilities include assisting the Club’s Tournament Director, a TTC Executive Committee member, in planning and coordinating Club programming for players of all ages and levels. Programming including tennis clinics, lessons, junior camps, tournaments, and more.

The specific responsibilities and tasks of the Outreach Coordinator are as follows:

- Evaluate, update, and execute an existing strategy for membership recruitment and retention.
- Identify new outreach activities and work with the TTC Board to create new partnerships and identify fund development opportunities.
- Help to develop programming and communication materials that align with the goals and objectives of the TTC Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) committee.
- Assist with Club programming and camps as needed.

Preference will be given to applicants with playing and/or coaching tennis.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 14 weeks

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
