**OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive. Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Actively growing and hitting sales targets by successfully managing C&V’s sales and service team

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, HR)
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent Skills at lead generation and sales execution
- Proven success with Indigenous partnerships.
- Ability to travel to various clients to source out new business and to maintain current client relationships. 50% of time will be spent in Calgary and 50% meeting clients in other regions of Alberta.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1.00-$2.00 per year
