Otis Canada, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area.

Essential Responsibilities
- Ensuring completion of the project safely, on time and within material and labour estimates
- Effectively schedule labour resources
- Accountable for stakeholder satisfaction and managing their expectations
- Control the material and inventory and handle the claim analysis
- Accountable for creating the project plan and executing the project
- Coordination of all material deliveries and issuing purchase orders
- Interact with Otis, local vendors, construction mechanics and installation teams
- Responsible for monthly project reviews, project audits, handovers and final closure
- Conduct field education and safety training

Education / Certifications
- A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience as a project manager or coordinator; project management designation is an asset
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to take charge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing a budget
- Demonstrated ability at developing and fostering teamwork and change
- Proponent of standard installation processes and solid EH&S programs
- A valid driver’s license and a car are necessary
