**Type**: Part-Time/Full-Time

**About Us**:
The Loft is a brand-new boutique fitness studio located in the heart of St. Albert. We are dedicated to providing a unique, personalized fitness experience for our clients, with a focus on quality, community, and holistic well-being. Our studio offers a serene, welcoming environment where clients can achieve their fitness goals through a variety of classes and specialized instruction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct private and small group Pilates classes, catering to various skill levels and fitness goals.
- Develop and implement customized Pilates programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Ensure the safety and proper form of clients during exercises.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
- Stay current with Pilates trends and continuously update knowledge and skills.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Participate in studio events and promotions to build community engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Certification from a recognized Pilates training program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Pilates.
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a boutique fitness or wellness studio.
- Knowledge of additional fitness modalities (e.g., yoga, barre) is a plus.
- Social media savvy and comfortable promoting classes online.
