MacQuarries Pharmasave Group is 16 stores strong across Mainland Nova Scotia. We are currently looking for an extraordinary **Administrative Assistant** to join our Amherst Pharmasave store. This is a full-time, **one year term position.**

We are looking for a dynamic, team minded individual who wants to work with an amazing pharmacy team. There will be regular shifts with a potential need for evenings and weekends. We offer a fabulous working environment and a highly competitive salary.

**Please note there may be some bending and lifting for this position.**

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in administrative roles will be an asset, including familiarity with management of patient health records, appointment booking software and direct patient interactions in a health care setting. The number one thing we look for is superior customer service. Our patients are very important to us, and we want to make sure they are treated with respect. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with some supervision. Discretion and confidentiality are requirements in this role. Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with your team and customers are also essentials for this position.
