Job Responsibilities- Own and drive the company relationship with the assigned customer base- Work effectively within a team environment to successfully develop and implement sales strategies- Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions- Be self-motivated and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support- Maintain up to date knowledge of their customer’s products, market, competitive landscape and internal organization- Consistently meet or exceed sales goal

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering discipline- Technical understanding of a market specific segment like process, energy, automation technology or similar- 0-3 years of experience working in a Sales or Marketing role- Able to work proficiently in both autonomous and team environments- Solid Business Acumen and curious by nature- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills- In depth Sales and Product Training will be provided- Must be able to travel locally in assigned territory
