We are currently looking for various _**Project Estimator / Manager**_ to join our team. Please see the details below:

- **You will be accountable for**:_
- Develop project estimates and budgets for both private & public clients.
- Develop, maintain, and effectively manage Project Schedules in line with the requirements of budget proposals, tender submissions and executed contract requirements.
- Management of project and operational costs.
- Liaise with clients during site visits, inspections, scope conflicts and/or project changes.
- Ensure that all Pacific Blasting & Demolition site specific safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate manpower and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure daily logs and record keeping are kept current.
- Assist in Business Development in the province of Alberta. To track any/all upcoming project opportunities, prepare required tender documentation, pre-qualifications, and project estimate submissions.
- **Qualifications**:_
- 5+ years of experience working in project management & estimating
- Demolition experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) combined with strong attention to detail and prioritization and organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applictions (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
- Able to travel out of town for tender/site visits, and project oversight
- Heavy construction and Industrial experience are an asset
- A strong background in project estimating, budgeting & cost tracking
- Must have a proven track record in successful delivery of project management
- A valid driver’s license is required
