We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our marketing team, where you will play a pivotal role in producing video content that highlights our products and brand.
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing a variety of video content, from social media clips to long-form video projects, while ensuring consistency with Radial Engineering’s brand standards. You will also manage outsourced video projects and assist in project coordination to improve turnaround times, maintain brand consistency, and reduce costs.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Video Editing**:
- Edit and produce a wide range of video content, including product demos, tutorials, promotional videos, and social media clips.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Radial’s brand voice and visual standards.
**Manage Outsourced Projects**:
- Collaborate with external video production partners on larger video projects.
- Coordinate timelines, ensure consistency in quality, and maintain brand standards in all outsourced projects.
- Assist in managing video production budgets to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
**Content Creation**:
- Work with the marketing team to develop video content ideas that align with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Create engaging social media video content, from short product teasers to in-depth video series.
- Edit and format videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
**Project Coordination**:
- Manage and organize video content, ensuring all files and projects are well-documented and archived properly.
- Coordinate video production schedules to meet deadlines and improve turnaround times.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that video content supports product launches and key marketing campaigns.
**Post-Production Tasks**:
- Handle color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics for videos when necessary.
- Integrate music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance video quality.
- Format videos for optimal playback across multiple platforms.
**Brand Consistency**:
- Ensure all video content maintains Radial’s brand identity and standards.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and social media managers to ensure cohesive multimedia campaigns.
**Asset Management**:
- Organize and manage video footage, B-roll, and other media assets for easy access and future projects.
- Maintain an organized digital library of all video assets, ensuring proper archiving and retrieval for future use.
**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Video Editor in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for different platforms.
- Basic knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the audio or music industry.
- Familiarity with social media video content creation and editing for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Experience with outsourced video projects or working with external production companies.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
