**What This Role Involves**:
You will also be involved in the training and development of our team, supporting with the development and facilitation of workshops (in-person or virtual) as well as eLearning activities. From time to time, there will be People & Culture team projects for which you may be asked to develop a project plan/timeline and see through the implementation in a timely manner, delivering outcomes that are aligned with the goals of the organization.

On a day-to-day basis, you will provide support to our current employees, including updating records, approving leave requests, and answering inquiries about policies, procedures, or benefits offerings, while also providing administrative support to ongoing processes such as our annual performance reviews and code of conduct sign-offs.

Finally, our People & Culture team plays a key role in supporting the collaborative and welcoming community here at CCS, so you’ll be a part of our Culture Club and Social Society, playing a role in organizing events, celebrations, and activities that help to make this a Great Place to Work

The starting salary for this role is $58,225, with some opportunity to credit previous related experience that exceeds the requirements as outlined below.

**What We Are Looking For**:
The successful applicant for this position will bring the following qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree in a related field is a requirement for this role.
- Three to five years of human resources administration experience required, including involvement in recruitment.
- Previous experience developing eLearning courses is a strong asset.
- Strong organization and time management skills are required, including the ability to independently prioritize and multi-task while ensuring attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to work as part of a team and help people.
- Commitment to managing personal information in a confidential and sensitive manner.
- Professional phone manner, active listening skills, and the ability to convey information accurately.
- Positive, can-do attitude and a solution-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently where required, and to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks according to established policies, procedures, and related regulations and/or legislation.
- Fluency in English required (additional language skills are an asset).
