GCBS Group is a fast expanding building services company who is looking to hire for a **full-time handyman** to perform multiple repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the **GTA**.

This position requires the person to work both independently and as a team. Must be resourceful with required materials for job sites and accustomed to reporting electronically and manually. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and environment.

**We are looking for a general skilled handyman who can work overnights.**

**Someone proficient in tile work would be considered an asset.**

**Duties could include**:

- General building repairs.
- Painting.
- Drywall Repair.
- VCT tile repairs and replacement.
- Ceramic tile replacement.
- Ceiling tile replacement.
- Minor plumbing repairs (not required, but considered an asset)
- Minor electrical repairs (not required, but considered an asset)

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience as a general handyman.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Attention to detail.
- Own your own tools.
- Working at Heights training is a plus.
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently.

**_ Wage ranging between $30-$35 per hour_**

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
