**Responsibilities**:

- Warehouse Efficiency: Be accountable for the efficient operations of the warehouse, including maintaining optimal inventory levels for all raw materials, assemblies, and finished products. Ensure overall inventory control, material storage, and reconciliation with data systems.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Design, implement, and adjust standard operating procedures for the warehouse to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for improvements, and recommend changes in materials placement to optimize productivity.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers, operations personnel, senior management, and affiliates on all matters related to the warehouse operation and inventory process.
- Team Management: Inspire and support a best-in-class team, fostering a safe, efficient, and quality environment. Assign daily tasks, including inventory, cycle counts, and materials management. Oversee warehouse staff, including goal setting, annual reviews, ongoing training, and performance management.

Qualifications:

- Colleague and above and related work experience required. Education preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- 5-10 years of management experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment.
- MUST have at least 5 years of logistics and 4 years of management experience.
- Experience interpreting a collective bargaining agreement and high-level participation in grievance.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Warehouse Management system.
- Lean Six Sigma training preferred or equivalent experience in driving results through transformations CI initiatives.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively multitask.
- Ease with new computer software/WMS.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
