Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire children through the exciting world of gymnastics. If you have a background in early childhood education, tutoring, or experience working with children, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels
- Teach proper techniques and form for a variety of gymnastics skills
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
- Develop lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with curriculum objectives
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their skills
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all participants during class sessions
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate activities and events

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children and parents
- Patience and enthusiasm when working with young learners
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Organizational skills to plan lessons and manage class schedules effectively

We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options.
