**About the job**

Sunset Sign Co Ltd. focuses on Signage manufacturing across Canada is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of signage and services throughout Canada. You will serve as the expert for our services and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current customers, as well as finding new accounts. In this role, you will be working remotely, provided with a tablet, iPhone, and home office equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage client businesses to achieve profitability and revenue goals
- Upsell current customers and grow market presence
- Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs
- Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding monthly quota targets
- Deliver presentations in person and remotely
- Inform clients about company products, services and promotions
- Manage sales pipeline utilizing our internal CRM platform
- Managing the full sale cycle including; prospecting, cold-calling, up-selling, and closing the sale.
- Maintain up to date knowledge about company products and services

Working Conditions:

- Driving to and from customer sites (sitting on average 1-4 hours) or flying to customer sites in Canada or abroad
- Simple grasping and fine manipulation (both hands) 3-6 hours a day (pointer/mouse)
- Require to look at a computer screen up to 8 hours a day

Prior Experience:

- Excellent presentation skills in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and work with all PC based products
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Training:
Our training consists of onsite warehouse training and time with experienced representatives in the field as well as overview of our sales process.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a non retail sales position
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Valid Canadian driver’s license
- Ability to travel across Canada (overnight) up to 50%
- Proven ability to develop account plans, generate new business and close sales
- Knowledge of sales processes preferred
- Understanding of; CRMs, social media platforms
