**Key Responsibilities**:

- On-site management
- Obtain the necessary documents, permits, and approvals required to execute the build.
- Hire & direct subcontractors & tradesmen as needed to complete build.
- Facilitate the exchange of information between the owner, subcontractors, vendors, and bodies of authority in a professional, concise, and timely fashion.
- Maintain a detailed project budget & schedule to ensure accurate project execution
- Deliver project status reporting updates against project milestones and financial targets
- Material Ordering

**Skills**:

- Knowledge and experience in project management techniques and tools in residential development and construction
- Sub-trade & tradesmen management experience
- General Contracting experience
- Previous framing experience an asset
- Use of takeoff tools and measurements
- Reading and understanding of blueprints
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen in residential development
- Results-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Exceptional communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders)

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in construction, project management, or engineering an asset
- AutoCad experience an asset but not required
- Project management software experience
- 3+ years experience in residential construction industry in a managerial role
- Computer software skills - Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moncton Area, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction: 5 years (preferred)
- General contracting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tradesmen management: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
