**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization
- Manage A/R & A/P
- Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping
- Manage CC payments and online banking
- Receive and manage payments from clients
- Calculate and prepare payment for utility, tax and other bills
- Work Order tracking
- Post Office and Bank runs
- Petty Cash
- Manage office supplies
- Greet customers and answer phones
- Send invoices to customers
- Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
- Basic front desk reception and customer service skills

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities (ksa’s)**
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively; including verbal, written, and listening.
- Strong teamwork and entrepreneurial attitude
- Skills in word, excel, outlook, Quickbooks Online, etc, with the ability to learn other database programs.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role would be an asset
- Bookkeeping experience would be an asset
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
