**Warehouse Manager**

Impact XM develops solutions for virtual and live events. We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** to join our team.

An Impact XM Warehouse Manager oversees day-to-day operations at their respective production facility and ensures that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. Responsibilities include preparing schedules for Warehouse Associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
- Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of equipment
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
- Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
- Responsible to oversee all pulls, return inspection and restock of client and rental assets
- Responsible to oversee warehouse assets and inventories
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise in the Warehouse
- Knowledge of different types of assets, what they are made of & where or how they are stored
- Read CAD drawings to determine what assets are needed for jobs
- Ensure client and rental assets are restocked in the correct locations after the return inspection
- Ensure the organized movement of all client and rental assets internally
- Keep track and manage proper inventory of all on/off site storage trailers
- Ensure contract technicians adhere to the documented company policies and procedures
- Ensure assigned storage areas are kept in clean “tour condition”
- Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to update information on Online asset management system regarding client and rental inventory
- Ensure maintenance and easy access of Health and Safety equipment
- Clearly identify and locate all inventory including new assets
- Support other aspects of assigned fulfillment center Operations as needed

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

Directly supervises 5 - 15 non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); and 5+ years’ experience as a warehouse manager in the Exhibit Industry is a plus or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be passionate about working with people and be customer-centric
- Minimum five years of warehouse experience an asset
- Three years of experience in the exhibit industry an asset
- Proven success in inventory control
- Familiarity with online inventory management software preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial and independent environment
- Embodies flexibility, open-mindedness and receptivity
- Actively works out solutions
- Identifies something valuable in being part of a team and ability to effectively collaborate
- Must be able to develop excellent rapport with existing and prospective clients
- Must have a good “business sense”
- Exhibit the ability to multi-task, sell, and operate under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines. Good organization, detail and follow-up skills are required
- Proficient using Microsoft office programs
