**Customer Service Facilitator - Food Customer Service(Fulltime)**

**As a Customer Service Facilitator, your main responsibilities are**:

- File check client’s daily submissions and correct if needed (comparing client information to what we entered into our system)
- Enter Bottle orders for Customer Service Reps and Driver pick-ups/deliveries into the driver schedule
- Enter re-works into the system and request samples from archiving. Update test codes for Customer Service Reps in other locations.
- Stay current with all required readings, via the various reporting tools of the QSI
- Assist with Subcontracting samples to third-party duties.
- Complete other job-related administration tasks as needed

**You are the ideal **Customer Service Facilitator** if**:
- You have experience in the Customer Service field
- You have excellent attention to detail
- You possess a high school diploma or higher
- You possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- You are an energetic individual who can work independently in a multi-tasking fast fast-paced environment
- You have good knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- You have good time-management, communication, multi-tasking and priority-setting skills
- You have the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- You are organized, detail orientated and have good record-keeping skills
- You possess the ability to learn quickly
- You can sit for extended periods of time
- Available Monday to Friday 10:00 am-6:30 pm negotiable)
