- Graduated from a recognized Health Care Aide Program
- Current Criminal Record Vulnerable Sector Check
- Registration in the Health care Aide Directory
- Previous experience in caring for seniors in a facility setting is an asset
- Must be open to training and educational opportunities available on site
- Must have a passion for delivering quality and compassionate care to Seniors
