- As a Doorman at the Finale Property, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our residents. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service while addressing resident needs and maintaining the overall quality of our property.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as opening doors, changing mailbox locks, and replacing lights.
- Clear or salt exterior entrances to ensure safety during inclement weather.
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of building common areas.
- Communicate building needs to immediate superior, including maintenance and service requirements.
- Monitor the building at all times through regular tours, camera checks, and alarm panel inspections.
- Respond promptly to administrative requests delegated by the immediate superior.
- Address customer service requests through communication portals effectively.

**Additional Duties**:

- Conduct surveillance via cameras and report any incidents to management.
- Enforce building rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with resident moves in and out, including issuing and collecting access cards and keys.
- Update customer files in the intercom and Building link systems.
- Receive and process deliveries and shipments of mail and parcels.
- Collect rent payments and parking fees from residents.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf blowing, and holiday decorations.
- Handle urgent requests such as clogged toilets, water leaks, and maintenance skips.
- Complete weekly reports on Building link for shift logs.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
