Delta, Canada CEFA Early Learning Full time

Our facility is located in South Delta and is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Substitute Early Childhood Educators (ECE) and Early Childhood Education Assistants (ECEA) to join our team. As a substitute, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and nurturing environment, supporting the growth and development of young children aged 1-5 years.

**Please note, we are located in South Delta -Ladner area**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of daily programs and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Support children in daily routines including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Follow licensing regulations and adhere to daycare policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with lead educators to ensure the well-being and individual needs of each child are met.

**Qualifications**:

- For ECE: BC Early Childhood Educator license.
- For ECEA: Certificate in Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) or equivalent.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Clear criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience working with young children preferred.

**Salary**:

- $19.00-$23.00 per hour (plus $6/hr ECE Wage Enhancement where applicable)
