**Praxis Permanent Full Time Project Coordinator - Engagement**

**Engagement Project Coordinator**

Praxis is seeking a Project Coordinator to support projects delivered by our Engagement Service Line. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the defined project scope.

As a project coordinator, you are a key liaison between the Praxis project team and the client. The project coordinator is integral in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. You will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the project lifecycle, including project set up, contract administration, agenda development, scheduling project activities and meetings, note taking, event planning, reviewing and contributing to document development, and deliverables submission to the client. In your capacity as project coordinator, you will be exposed to a variety of engagement strategies, learning about the value of and ways to facilitate stakeholder and public engagement you will work side by side with project engagement leads to create and implement meaningful engagement strategies for Praxis clients.

**Engagement Project Delivery**

As an Engagement Project Coordinator, you will participate in teams of 2-5 people. You can anticipate contributing to the following activities:

- **Proposal Development**: researching the client and the project including conducting a high-level environmental scan, aligning Praxis expertise and experience with the requirements of the proposed project, working with the proposal team to identify key messages, and proposal writing.
- **Project Initiation**: setting up the project using standardized Praxis tools and processes provided.
- **Project Execution**: developing and implementing engagement plans which could include engagement activities such as interviews, focus groups, public open houses, Indigenous Sharing Circles, town hall meetings, community workshops, public and stakeholder surveys.
- **Project Delivery**: drafting, formatting, and submitting engagement project deliverables such as discussion guides, agendas, event protocols, presentations, engagement reports, etc.
- **Project Closeout**: ensuring projects have successfully fulfilled the client’s requirements in alignment with expectations and performing project completion duties using Praxis standard processes.

Project coordinators are the backbone of all Praxis projects. With strong project coordinators, Praxis creates trusting relationships with both our clients and the stakeholders with whom we engage.

As an Engagement Project Coordinator, you will primarily support engagement projects. However, there will be opportunities to serve on other service line projects with colleagues across the organization as needed. Praxis partners with clients across a range of industries and functional areas to enhance the depth and breadth of employee learning opportunities.
