**Qualifications needed for the job**
- At least a high school education;
- Strong food and bar knowledge;
- Experience working in restaurants with table service is ideal; but fast food, banquet rooms, cafés, catering, and event planning are also relevant;
- Strong, fast, and able to stand or walk briskly for hours at a time; able to lift at least 30lbs; have flexible and healthy forearms and dexterity in hands.
- Able to work long hours and aware of your limits (knowing when you need to refuel)
- Smart Serve certification
- Quick math skills
- Able to use a modern POS system, online ordering platforms, and basic computer programs (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point); Social Media platforms also an asset
- Human Resource experience; managing individuals, small and large teams

**Hours**
- Monday & Tuesday 11am to 5pm, Thursday to Saturday 11am to 9pm
- Off on Sunday & Wednesday
- At least one week off over Christmas
- Certain other Statutory Holidays off (i.e. Canada Day, Good Friday)

**Pay**
- Hourly based on current minimum wage plus tips; calculates to a minimum base salary of $28 per hour. Can be negotiated to $30 to $32 per hour, based on experience, availability, motivation and results.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
