**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize project documentation, including scheduling, Job preps, material take off's, ordering, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Assist in data entry tasks related to project management and financial tracking using QuickBooks, Google suit, Microsoft 365.
- Schedule services and prepare timelines to ensure effective project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Ensure staff and subcontractor safety is current and up to date.
- Familiar with supply pro is not required but would be an asset.

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organizational efficiency.
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial tracking is highly desirable.
- Excellent clerical skills including data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
