Dry Cleaning and Seamstress Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Dry Cleaning and Seamstress Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent dry cleaning services while also assisting with seamstress tasks as needed. Please note that this role is physically demanding and requires standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform dry cleaning services including garment inspection, stain removal, and pressing
- Operate dry cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of garments, providing friendly and helpful service
- Perform alterations and repairs on garments as needed, including hemming, patching, and stitching
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping sewing machines and workstations tidy
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in dry cleaning and garment care preferred
- Strong sewing skills and experience with garment alterations and repairs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
