The Administrator is the first point of contact for our parents and clients. You are the face of the company. The welcoming committee. The liaison between a curious parent and our amazing childcare. You can work independently while within a team setting.

This job is fast-paced and you’re going to wear a bunch of hats:
**Requirements**:
Attitude is everything
- Ability to be flexible and change gears at the drop of a hat.
- Strong team player philosophy.
- You have a serious need to give amazing customer service
- Attention to detail and professional - but still fun
- Fast learner and snappy dresser (we’ll give you some swag don’t worry)

**Some duties may include**:
Client membership database management and billing.
- Posting fun and engaging pics and messages on social media.
- Assist the Site Manager with administrative jobs of all sorts.
- We’re going to need you to be super neat, organized and have mad communication skills. Your administrative files will be to die for.
- Super professional, detail oriented and in charge of newsletters & communication.
- _Must have a valid Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search before start date._
- _Valid CPR & First aid (don’t worry we have in house training)._

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Calgary, AB T2N 0W3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative Skills: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Childcare Certification (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
