Prince Property is a locally owned and family operated Condominium Management Company serving the greater Edmonton area. Our focus is on providing the highest level of customer service in the industry, and expanding our business based on satisfied client referrals.
**Administrative Assistant to Condo Manager Job Duties**
Ø Document management and control.
Ø Assist with monthly Board Meeting preparation.
Ø Prepare notices, letters and follow up as required.
Ø Edit and maintain existing databases and spreadsheets.
Ø Maintain an established paper and electronic filing system in a neat and orderly fashion.
Ø Work according to monthly deadlines.
Ø Provide a professional working attitude when interacting with all staff members and clients.
Ø Other tasks as required.
**Position Requirements**
Ø Punctual, reliable, with effective time management skills.
Ø Proficient typing skills.
Ø Computer experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ø Ability to multitask and perform in a high paced environment, and also work effectively in slower times.
Ø Highly organized with the ability to work under little or no supervision.
Ø Willing to attend educational courses / seminars to remain current on industry changes.
Ø Secondary school business administration diploma preferred.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
