**Pay Expectations**:

- High performance will yield unlimited pay rates ($120,000/year and beyond) Mediocre performance will yield average pay ($40,000 -$65,000/year)

This is a commission-based position. If you are satisfied with less than this, you should consider other career options.**_ Attention hourly workers_** You can expect a starting wage equivalent to $20.00/h with the potential to make as much as $45/h within a month of your start date.
