We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team.

**Duties**:

- Hire, supervise and schedule staff.
- Daily time tracking and administration.
- Logging material and hours daily onto spreadsheets
- Plan and estimate labor and materials and execute jobs for clients on a timely basis.
- Client management, following up with clients, understanding their landscape needs and executing.
- Crew and crew leader training.

**Requirements**:

- Weekly meetings with crew staff
- Daily organization with crews and accountability.
- Daily tool maintenance and inventory
- Ensuring the crews are maintaining the cleanliness of their equipment and trucks daily.
- Plant identification knowledge.

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $29.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
