Job Summary:
Ledcor is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Vancouver or Edmonton focusing exclusively on sourcing top sales and commission-based talent for our dynamic telecom business. You'll play a key role in the success of our telecom business by spearheading the recruitment process for our high-performing sales force. You will be responsible for all aspects of high-volume recruitment and hiring of Sales Representatives to support the LTS sales team, adhering to stringent performance metrics.

Essential Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders, demonstrating functional expertise and market knowledge to identify and deploy various recruiting methods to source and attract desired sales talent.
- Collaborates and communicates regularly with the operations onboarding team to ensure that all sales recruits who have accepted job offers attend scheduled introduction classes.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3+ years of recruiting experience with a combination in both agency or corporate environments with a focus on delivering business results - any high volume sales recruitment experience will be of distinct advantage
- Previous experience with cold calling /B2B and/or sales/promotional recruiting will be a strong asset.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, and influence decisions related to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating effectively to diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and remotely by managing priorities appropriately.
- Demonstrated success with relationship building across all levels within an organization.
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, presentation, coaching and influencing skills.

Work Conditions:

- This position will be work from home with some travel across LTS offices to support events will be required.
