New Point Property Management is committed to offering the best support to our primary clients - Property Owners. Our team is composed of experienced professionals and we work with contractors that are reputable and reliable. We primarily specialize in property maintenance, day-to-day operations, creating capital improvement plans, and organizing efficient property restoration. Our company prides itself in its innovative and modern approach to property management, founded on relationship-building and trust.

We are searching for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our office in its daily operations.

Role Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and organizing services with contractors and clients
- Clerical duties such as filing, mailing, printing, and scanning documentation
- Assisting Senior Property Manager with various administrative tasks
- Other miscellaneous office duties

Qualifications:

- Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries
- Minimum two (2) years experience in an office setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Must work well independently

Please note that this position requires working on-site at our Burnaby location, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. Remote work options are not available.
